The aim of the Tout-Québec competition is to recognize the efforts of Quebec exhibitors who have won renown during the course of the show season, be it at a regional, provincial or national level. The Tout-Québec winners are determined by vote and by scoring.

To qualify for the Tout-Québec competition, the animal must have been shown in Quebec and have been owned or co-owned by one or many Quebeckers at the time of the show that established the animal’s eligibility.
