7:30 pm to 9 pm: Conference on Holstien breading marketing (Holstein Québec) and explanation of the teamwork for the week-end

Saturday, October 12th, 2019

8 am to 8:45 am: Conference on farm transfert: « S’établir en agriculture » (Desjardins)

8:50 am to 10 am: Conference on genealogy interpretation (Holstein Canada)

10:15 am to 12 pm: Conference on genetics evaluation interpretation (CIAQ)

12:15 pm: Leaving for the farm and lunch on the site

13 pm to 3:30 pm: Workshop at Ferme Venance Julien & fils

• Flesh approval, housing and animal comfort (Lactanet)
• Classification (Holstien Québec)

4:15 pm: Back to the hotel and free time

7 pm: Dinner and free evening

Sunday, October 13th, 2019

8 am to 9 am: Conference on dairy herd production analyses (Lactanet)

9:45 am : Leaving for the farm

10:15 am to 12:30 pm: Workshop on genetic stategies at Ferme Rochelau Inc.

• Evaluation of the value of the subject (Holstein Québec)
• Sires Selections (CIAQ)

12:45 pm to 4:30 pm: Lunch et  final test at Ferme Jacobs + Auction simulation

5 pm to 6 pm: Free time

6:30 pm: Producteurs de Lait du Québec presentation on dairy production model

7:30 pm: Dinner with the partners, the farm owners and the Club adminstrators

Monday, October 14th, 2019

8 am to 9 am: Individual synthesis exam

9 am to 1 pm: Presentation of the teams in interview / Partners conferences

11:30 am to 1 pm: Lunch

2:30 pm: Syntesis exam answers and explanations

3 pm: Unveiling of the winners

4 pm: Back home
