Jean-Touchette Award

The Jean Touchette Award aims to highlight the emeritus judges who have marked the history of Holstein in Quebec and who have distinguished themselves by being ambassadors:

  • Improve the Holstein breed by observing the most desirable characteristics and disseminating any information regarding the performance of Holstein cattle.
  • Promote and ensure the best interests of breeders and owners of Holstein cattle in Canada and abroad.
  • Ensure the success of the association through honest and loyal relationships.

The Jean-Touchette Recognition is awarded during the Holstein Quebec Convention.

All living judges who have distinguished themselves professionally at the provincial, national and international level will be eligible.
