Our mission is to bring together Holstein breeders, represent their interests and help them become more profitable.
Our Vision
Supported by a well-qualified team, committed clubs all over the province and effective collaborations with industry partners, Holstein Québec is a leader in animal breeding and dairy genetics.
Serving our Membership
Throughout its history, Holstein Québec has focused on providing services to its members. Be it through farm visits by advisors or by organizing events to bring members together (annual picnic, shows, sales, training sessions and conventions), the Association has always worked to support its younger members and underline the accomplishments of its breeders.
The Holstein Québec Association is the success story of a group of breeders who believed in the Holstein breed and were able to develop it into the breed we now know. It is to these builders that we owe the outstanding quality of the animals in our barns today.
The breeders who pinned their hopes on the Holstein breed and developed it to the best of their ability have given us a tremendous legacy. It is up to us, Holstein breeders of Quebec, to continue the work that was begun many years ago. It is our turn to make history now.
